Engagement Ring Questions, Answered

How much does a custom engagement ring cost?

Custom engagement rings start from $2,500. Final pricing depends on your choice of metal, setting, and centre stone. We walk you through every cost openly during your design call, with no hidden markups, so you know the full price before you commit.

How long does it take to create my ring?

Once your design is approved, your ring is handcrafted within a 15 business day turnaround. We keep you updated at every stage, from CAD render to the final setting.

What kind of diamonds do you offer?

We work with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and moissanite, all conflict-free and ethically sourced. We'll help you choose the stone that best fits your budget and your values. For a plain-language walkthrough of shapes, clarity and settings, see our engagement ring guide.

Can I use my own diamond or an heirloom stone?

Absolutely. We love working with heirloom and existing stones, and we can reset or redesign around a diamond or gemstone that already holds meaning for you.

How does payment work?

Your design call is complimentary and carries no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, a 50% deposit secures your commission and we begin design, with the balance due when your ring is complete. You'll approve the final 3D render before anything is crafted, and every detail is confirmed in writing first.

Do you ship outside Toronto?

Yes. Custom commissions include free, fully insured worldwide shipping. Ready-to-order rings from our shop ship for a flat $40. Either way, hand delivery anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area is complimentary.

Do you offer in-person design calls?

Yes. We meet over Zoom worldwide, and in person in Scarborough, Toronto by appointment. Email info@everlivingjewels.com to arrange an in-person design call.

Are lab-grown diamonds a good choice for an engagement ring?

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to natural diamonds, graded on the same 4C scale, and typically cost 50 to 70 percent less, so many couples choose a larger or higher-quality stone for the same budget. Both are beautiful choices; we help you weigh value, size and long-term meaning in your design call.
